Why we need wifi in our lives

Why We Need the Internet (Wifi)

Today, we are going to explain why we need wifi in our lives.   Can you imagine if there was no wifi for one day?  No youtube, no gaming, no social media...no nothing!

We need wifi because if we have wifi we can talk to others around the world.  This means we can use Skype and Facebook Chats to talk to people that live in other countries. For example I talk to my Aunty on facebook. If I couldn’t do this I would miss her and I wouldn’t know what she doing in the holidays.


We need wifi because we also need youtube and gaming. We need this so we can watch what we want and we want to play our games like Street Fighter, X, Tekken, or Marvel vs Capcom or even Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe. Gaming helps to keep us entertained.  If we didn’t get to play all of these games then the effect would be being bored at home with your family.

We need wifi because we need to access Google Drive for learning at school.  Google Drive is a part of Google which is online.  It is a place we do all our work and a place we organise all our work.  For example, this piece of writing was done on a Google Doc!  If we didn’t have wifi, would have had to write this in a book.  


We have given you three reasons why we think we need the internet in our lives.  We are so grateful to have wifi at our school but remember...always use it wisely!

Fun Day with kelly Sports

Today Room 10 participated in a Kelly Sports event to support Cure Kids.

Cure Kids is that means An Example of ways they support Children's health is that it can help people get fit and keep peoples health up   the effect of their work/Research is people have the opportunity to stay healthy.  The research can help people stay alive. Today I participated by Helping my  teammates that means I Helped my team by giving them the ball when it was needed An example of a game we played was Mini Hockey By supporting cure kids I will help them to find future cures for diseases.  if you want more information go to Cure kids.

One thing that I'm looking forward to this term is going on trips and spending lots of time with my new teacher and my new class mates and having Fun 

My personal goals for 2017 is spending lots of time with the year 8 because this will probably the last time to see them. at school

To fully enjoy is having fun with the year 8's because it's there last year of this school and there last year. If I was a year 8 I will remember my teacher and my friends and what I looked like when I was a year one to year eight
i cant wait to be a year Eight

Hi everyone this a alegbra problem Today we solved an algebra problem to calculate how much money would be spent and earnt by two twins Tom strated with $20 and and spent $2 per day Tia started with $0 and earned $2.50 per day I used My timetables to help me calculate the day tia would overlap Tom with Money we made links to statistics and chose a line graph to show our thinking you can see clearly that by Friday Tia had More money Than Tom Thats all for today comment on my blog And have A Great day

On Thursdays Tamaki primary go to tamaki college For Technology there are 3 groups Cooking Graphics And Hard Material There Any way thats enough of that i am going to tell you about  what we do at  Technology  at Technology  we Make things Build things  and Draw then We design Things and make things Useful and fun  I am in  Hard Material in Hard Material we Build things and Draw our designs Obviously In
